• Account Data: If you choose to create an account, we may collect your email address, username, and password (encrypted). TaskFlow uses user accounts for cloud synchronization.
• Correspondence: Information you provide when contacting us for support or inquiries, such as your email address and the content of your message.

1.2. Usage Data (Automatically Collected)

When you access the App, we may collect information that your device sends automatically ("Usage Data"). This may include:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
• Usage Metrics: Time spent on the App, features used, date and time of your visits, and other diagnostic data.
• IP Address: Used to determine approximate geographical location for personalized advertising and analytics.

1.3. Sensitive Permissions Data

The App may request access to sensitive permissions on your device. We access this data only with your explicit consent and only for the purposes stated below:

• Camera Access: Used exclusively to allow you to attach images to your tasks by taking a photo. The data is processed locally on your device and is not stored or transmitted by us unless you explicitly choose to upload it.
• Microphone Access: Used exclusively to enable voice note attachments for tasks. Audio data is saved locally and is not stored or transmitted by us unless explicitly required for the App's core functionality (e.g., sharing an audio clip).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the App: Including monitoring the usage of the App.
• To Manage Your Account: To manage your registration as a user of the Service (if applicable).
• To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends and track the effectiveness of our App.
• For Advertising: To show personalized or non-personalized advertisements within the App.
• To Handle Payments: To process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party tools to help us provide, analyze, and monetize our App. These providers may have access to your Personal and Usage Data as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

• Google AdMob (Advertising): Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data such as your Device ID, IP address, and location data to serve personalized ads.

• Google Firebase / Analytics (Analytics & Backend): Used to analyze user activity, crash reporting, and improve the App's performance. Firebase collects Usage Data and Device IDs.

• Google Play Billing (Payment Processing): Used for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not store your credit card or payment information; this data is collected and processed securely by Google Play.
• TaskFlow does not use any other third-party SDKs at this time.

4. Data Security & Retention

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (e.g., encryption, secured servers), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including retaining and using your data to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
